We are delighted to work with the University Illinois Chicago this fall as they move into the Missouri Valley Conference. First up were the men's & women's basketball teams, who were energetic and inquisitive. As we practiced the media interviews even Coach Yaklich had fun being a journalist. We thoroughly enjoyed our media training session with the Georgia Tech men's basketball team on their Atlanta campus. Special thanks to Head Coach Josh Pastner and Associate Director of Communications Mike Stamus for organizing and actively participating. Everyone was engaged, enthusiastic and now, thoroughly prepared.
We thoroughly enjoyed our annual media sessions at the University of Tulsa, working with football and men's and women's basketball. Despite excessive heat warnings and daytime highs of 108, everyone was enthusiastic and upbeat. A special thanks to coaches Philip Montgomery, Eric Konkol and Angie Nelp, and especially to our dear friend and colleague SID Don Tomkalski, for their wonderful hospitality.
